Carlos Agami · Service and Sales Keynote SpeakerServing is the way.

To grow. To sell. To leave a mark.

I'm Carlos Agami. For the past 16 years, I've dedicated my life to understanding how service can transform people, companies, and their bottom line. Today, I share what I've learned through keynotes, books, and experiences that have one single goal: helping you serve better so you can achieve more.

My story

It all started with a group of saleswomen who looked like zombies.

Sixteen years ago, I was managing a jewelry store. And I was frustrated. I saw my sales team checked out. Apathetic. Doing the bare minimum. They looked like zombies pretending to work. And their results proved it.

I tried practically everything a rookie manager thinks they need to do to get results. Until I discovered something that would change how I understood work. And later, my life.

I discovered the power of serving.

I realized that service could be so much more than just treating a customer well. It could give meaning to what we do. It could drive a person forward. It could change a customer's experience. And yes: it could also radically improve a business's bottom line.

I became obsessed with understanding it. And I've spent 16 years doing just that.

Manifesto

Serving is the way.

It's not a slogan. It's something I deeply believe in. I believe we all have something we can do for someone else. A customer. A colleague. An employee. A company. A community.

And when we use our knowledge, our work, and our talents to create value for others, a funny thing happens: they grow. And so do we.

  • The way to sell.
  • The way to lead.
  • The way to create extraordinary experiences.
  • The way to grow.
  • And, perhaps, the way to discover why we're here.

What I believe

A few things I'm absolutely convinced of.

01

Service isn't being nice.

You can smile all you want and be of no use at all. To serve means to be useful. To understand what the person in front of you needs and use what you know, have, and can do to help them.

02

It all starts with empathy.

Before you sell. Before you design an experience. Before you lead. Before you step on a stage. First, you have to understand the person in front of you. What do they want? What do they feel? What do they fear? What do they need? It all starts there.

03

People don't buy products. We're looking to feel something.

Certainty. Trust. Belonging. Freedom. Recognition. Excitement. Every decision has an emotional dimension. That's why, if you want to sell more, stop thinking only about what you want your customer to do. Ask yourself: What do I want them to feel?

04

An experience isn't what you do. It's what you make people feel.

Two companies can sell the exact same thing and create completely different experiences. Products get copied. Prices get matched. Promotions end. But what a brand makes you feel can stay with you for years.

05

Selling is serving.

I don't believe in pushing. I don't believe in manipulating. I don't believe in hounding someone until they give in. I believe in understanding. In helping. In creating value. A good sale should end with two people thinking, 'I'm glad we did this.'

06

If they're bored, it's not working.

You can have the most sophisticated methodology in the world. But if no one is paying attention, it's useless. I don't believe in some 'enlightened one' reading from a PowerPoint while everyone checks WhatsApp under the table. I believe in experiences. Stories. Laughter. Reflection. Participation. Emotion. For someone to do something different tomorrow, you first have to make something happen to them today.

07

Words are fleeting. Actions are not.

Getting inspired for an hour is easy. Changing what we do on Monday is another story. I'm not just interested in someone leaving a talk saying, 'That was amazing.' I want them to leave thinking, 'Tomorrow, I'm going to do this differently.'

Specialty

I've spent 16 years studying how to serve better.

And that path led me to specialize in three deeply connected things.

Service

How to use what we do to create true value for other people.

Carlos Agami leading a workshop for an audience

Customer Experience

How to design interactions capable of triggering the exact emotions we want our customers to feel.

Sales

How to understand what people truly want and help them get it.

And when all three work together, something powerful happens: you serve better and sell more.

Speaking

I don't want people to say: "what a great keynote."I want something to change after it's over.

My keynotes combine stories, tools, humor, reflection, and experiences to ensure people don't just understand an idea. I want them to feel driven to do something with it.

01

I Serve, Therefore I Am

The power of service to grow and leave a mark.

A talk to change the way people understand their work. Because serving isn't just about attending to customers. It means using what you know and what you do to create value for someone else. An experience designed to awaken pride in service and show that our work can become a tool to grow, achieve results, and leave a mark.

Ideal for: Conventions, kickoffs, service culture, leadership, and employee gatherings.

02

The Power of Customer Experience to Sell More

Don't just design what your customer will do. Design what they will feel.

Customers can forget many things. But they rarely forget how you made them feel. In this talk, we discover how to use emotions and the customer experience to differentiate ourselves, build preference, and turn better experiences into better business results.

Ideal for: Sales teams, retail, customer service, marketing, leaders, and sales conventions.

03

Empathic Selling

Stop selling products. Start understanding people.

Behind practically every purchase is something a person wants to achieve, avoid, or feel. The problem is, many salespeople are too busy talking to find out what that is. Empathic Selling shows how to understand a customer's emotional motivations, build trust, and turn a sale into something much more powerful: a way to serve.

Ideal for: Sales forces, consultants, floor salespeople, commercial teams, and sales leaders.

Have a different challenge?

I also create custom keynotes. First, I understand your people. Your business. Your current situation. And the change you want to trigger. Then, we build an experience around it.

Credibility

I didn't learn all this from a PowerPoint.

I learned it by making mistakes. Observing. Experimenting. Working with real people, real customers, and real problems.

Books

Two books. One shared obsession.

I've dedicated a large part of my professional life to exploring one question: what happens when we put people at the center of what we do? These books were born from that pursuit.

How to attract thousands of customers eager to buy from you.

My vision of service brought into the commercial world. A book about customers, emotions, experience, and sales. Because selling more doesn't start by asking yourself: 'How do I convince the customer?' It starts by asking: 'How can I create more value for them?'

Content

I've been asking questions for years.

  • Why do we buy?
  • Why do some experiences leave a mark while others go unnoticed?
  • Why do some salespeople instantly build trust?
  • What makes someone want to serve?
  • Can we design emotions?
  • Can you sell without manipulating?

Here, I share the stories, ideas, and tools I discover along the way.

Shopology

A keynote isn't enough?

A keynote can ignite a spark. But some business challenges require much more.

  • Changing an experience.
  • Transforming a culture.
  • Modifying behaviors.
  • Developing a sales methodology.
  • Implementing it with hundreds or thousands of employees.
  • Measuring. Correcting. Trying again.

That's why I created Shopology.

Shopology takes many of the ideas I share on service, customer experience, and sales into the realm of execution. Strategy. Design. Training. Implementation. Follow-up.

From the stage to transformation.
