In 3 minutes, you'll understand why your company might be doing everything “right”…
yet still end up competing on price.
Know Gordon Ramsay?
Yes, the yelling TV chef.
The guy is in a death battle.
He wants to wipe pineapple pizza off the face of the earth.
He hates it. Abhors it.
He says so on Twitter.
Repeats it in interviews.
Mentions it again on TV shows.
Once, during a Facebook Live, someone put one in front of him.
He looked like, “This is going to go wrong.”
He took a bite.
Silent for two seconds.
Then said: “This tastes like moose poop.”
Since 2017, he’s maintained the same stance: pizza doesn’t have pineapple.
He hasn't won.
Pineapple pizza still exists.
But no one doubts his position.
He says it everywhere.
Defends it everywhere.
Now think about your company.
Many claim to put the customer first.
To create memorable experiences.
That serving is their priority.
But when you look at what actually happens:
- They serve like everyone else.
- They sell like everyone else.
- They solve problems like everyone else.
Same course.
Same dynamic.
Same tired phrase, “Can I help you with something?”
Nothing wrong.
But nothing stands out.
And when you do what everyone else does,
you end up being just one more.
Being just one more means selling on price.
Begging for business.
Struggling to grow.
Being “good” at service isn’t an advantage.
It’s the minimum expected.
Let’s see.
We’re already halfway through February.
If your company behaves like everyone else today, don't expect exceptional results in 2026.
Average companies get average results.
(And the people who work there struggle to achieve them).
That’s what I do.
I transform the customer experience so your company sells more and has customers who return again and again.
Not with phrases.
By making things happen in real life with your team.
I’m opening 5 projects to start this February.
If you don’t want your company to be just one more, you can apply:

I personally review every application.
And we see if it makes sense to move forward.
If not, no worries.
Sincerely,
Carlos
PS. Remember: serving is the way.
